5:30 am- Once I wake up and let my dog outside, I check Instagram and Snapchat just to see if anything happened overnight within my immediate community. Then I scrolled on TikTok for a bit, nothing newsworthy. It's just a bunch of animal videos. I get up and going around 6: 00 am.

6:30- While getting ready for classes and work I was watching A.P. Bio on Netflix. It was interesting to see that I focus on misinformation scenarios for entertainment. The show is about a teacher who accepted a job as a high school bio teacher, but doesn't teach biology.  Anyways, I got text from a work group chat to a story about a "September 11 event" and I had to click it. It made me think about how gossip stories spread faster.

8:00 am- After getting ready I checked my internship, school and work emails to make sure I didn't miss anything. At 8 am I got into my car to drive to school (One hour away with traffic). On the radio was KTAR News. I managed to catch the 8:00 am expansion and then listened to the Mike Broomhead show

9:30 am- I scrolled on social media waiting for a lab. Nothing crazy, just normal animal videos and fun recipes.

12:00 pm- My shift at work started. I was working as a board tech today, so I watched my work email and Teams app. Throughout my shift I would log into the program's social media, but it was to accept collabs and post content of the hosts doing their shows from Chase Field.

8:30 pm- I get home from work. I again scroll through social media before heading to bed. It was shocking to see how much I use social media as a break. I was shocked how much I rely on my work for my news content consumed. However, the second I wasn't prepping for a shift, I turn to "mindless" entertainment like music or funny videos.
